I would like to thank the Management and Staff of OTO BODYCARE PTE LTD for granting our request and commending their excellent service. I am not writing this to advertise for the company but to show my gratitude for their kindness, professionalism and living up to their good name.

I bought a massaging chair as a birthday present for my husband but after almost a year and I discover a problem, I brought up to their attention and after servicing and finding ways and means to resolve the problem, they decided to change it to a new one in order to give customer 100% satisfaction and to prove that their product and their company is a name to be trusted.

Not every company will do the same service, each time I call, their staff will answer courteously no matter how long winded I am. They don't only show kindness and courtesy when there is a weekly campaign WHICH I BELIEVE IS NOTEWORTHY TO WRITE A LETTER to commend them and show as a good example to all others.

We must practise courtesy and kindness at all times not only when there is a campaign. We can make it a part of our lives in a day to day living. I decided to write and please take note that it is the only way to show my thankfulness rather than buying them a present or buying them a dinner as they really made my day.

Hope you will publish this and let others know that if we want to be called first class service people, this is the way to go for it. Don't just do business for the money.

My weight was 59kg and drop to 2kg after using the power stretch for 1 months. (since the product on launch - cannot remember the date)
I having using the product for many years (??? cannot remember) and everyday i using this without fails.
Now my weight is 56Kg and I look fit and healthy.

I have been using eCell for several months now. My active participation in sports in my younger days and history of gout resulted in pain on my ankle, knees, shoulder, wrist and toe.

I find eCell very effective and provide fast recovery on non-load bearing joints for example, I was able to eliminate a pain on my toes by 80% that has been troubling me for months within 5-6 treatments of 2-3 hours per session using a combination of Vascular and Ankle card each session.

Most recent joint pain caused by my weight training sessions were usually largely reduced within 3-4 sessions of treatment.
