Exchange Policy

Our products are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Free servicing and replacement parts will be provided during the Warranty period if the product did not work to what it should be under normal usage as instructed in the user manual. We apologize that cosmetic appearance, general wear and tears and acts-of-god are not covered in this service.

 

 

Deposit

Deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if order placed is not fulfilled within three months.

 

 

Mode of Payments

We accept all major credit cards , Nets and Cash in all OTO Speciality shops and roadshows.

 

 

Delivery Arrangement

Delivery is free within Singapore for selected products only. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for this arrangement.

 

 

On-site Service

On site service is available for selected products during the guarantee period otherwise a transportation charge and a service charge of S$80 will be levied.
